Applicator – body compress with Black Sea lye ANCHIALO

Compress cloth made of non-woven cotton fabric, 600 x 330 mm, soaked in Black Sea lye. Contains 100% stabilised Black Sea lye in its natural form. The colour and smell (in some cases sharp – of hydrogen sulphide) are natural and vary depending on the year and month of extraction. High magnesium content (MgCl2 and MgSO4). The product is suitable for balneological and physiotherapy centres, as well as for home use.

Directions for use:

COMPRESSES: Place the sachet (without opening it) in pre-warmed water at 38-40 °C for about 5 minutes. Open the sachet at the marked place and take out the cloth soaked in Black Sea lye. Place it on the problem area (without wringing out the cloth). Cover the compress with film and then wrap it in a towel. The procedure lasts 20 – 40 minutes, once or twice a day. Recommended course: 12 – 14 procedures.

BODY RUBS: Open the sachet at the marked place. Take out the cloth soaked in Black Sea lye and rub it over the body. After 10-15 minutes, rinse the body with lukewarm water without using soaps or shower gels.

CAUTION!!! In cases of varicose veins, use cold compresses with unheated lye. Keep away from the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Essence:

Black Sea lye (also known as “Pomorie lye”, “mother lye”, “natural lye” or “medicinal lye”) is a natural product obtained during salt production at the Burgas and Pomorie salt lakes, with a many times higher concentration of all the beneficial elements of sea and lake water. In recent years it has been extracted only in the Burgas salt pans. After the water in the salt pans evaporates and the salt crystallises, the lye remains on the surface of the salt layer as a thick, cloudy, oil-like liquid with a yellow-brown colour and a reddish tint.

The unique beneficial properties of Black Sea lye are due to its rich mineral and organic composition; in terms of biologically active substances it significantly surpasses sea water. Its composition is close to that of mud solution, which is why it has an effect similar to the healing liman mud extracted from these lakes.
